### Examples of misconduct

The following are examples of situations that may lead to disciplinary action:

* Repeated lateness for work without a valid reason or prior approval.
* Absence from work without proper authorization or explanation.
* Negligence or failure to perform assigned duties to the expected standard.
* Corruption, misuse of position or abuse of authority.
* Behaviour that may damage the reputation of CFTS.CO (U) Ltd., including dishonesty, intoxication while on duty, insubordination or other serious misconduct.
* Deliberate damage to company property, client property or equipment.
* Communicating with the press, public or external organisations about company matters without prior authorization from Management.
* Being convicted of a criminal offence that may affect employment with the company.
* Any act of gross negligence or deliberate sabotage that results in damage to company or client equipment.

### Possible actions

Where misconduct is identified, the matter will be reviewed by management and appropriate disciplinary action may be taken in accordance with company procedures. The nature of the response will depend on the seriousness of the incident.
